TrOOP, TROOP страх., амер. истинные (собственные) наличные расходы [затраты\]* (в программе "Медикэр": медицинские расходы, которые самостоятельно оплачены лицом, застрахованным по программе "Медикэр", и которые не подлежат дальнейшему возмещению ни по программе "Медикэр", ни по другим страховым полисам; если какие-л. наличные расходы застрахованного лица впоследствии возмещаются по другим страховым планам, напр., по плану медицинского страхования, организованному работодателем, то для целей "Медикэр" такие расходы не считаются истинными собственными наличными расходами; по условиям программы "Медикэр", если величина истинных собственных наличных расходов застрахованного превысит установленную сумму, то застрахованный сможет воспользоваться дополнительным страховым покрытием по программе "Медикэр")
